Lync Wealth Management acquires TKV Financial Management

Lync Wealth Management has strengthened its presence in the West Midlands through its acquisition of TKV Financial Management, bringing its assets under advice (AuA) to around £200m in the region.

The financial planning firm serves clients across the West Midlands and provides financial planning, retirement advice, pensions and investments.

Existing clients will continue to work with the same advisers and support team based at TKV’s Kingswinford office. Joining Lync gives the business access to broader resources, additional expertise and support.

Lync, which is owned by an affiliate of the 7IM Group, now has 22 offices with 112 advisers, serving clients with around £4bn in AuA.
