Quilter has announced that Andrew McGlone will step down from his role as chief executive of Quilter Cheviot later this year to pursue other opportunities.

After 31 years with the business, McGlone will be succeeded by John Goddard, who will join Quilter Cheviot in September 2025 as chief executive. Goddard brings experience in driving strategic growth initiatives across multiple businesses and jurisdictions to the role. During his 29-year career at HSBC, he held several senior leadership positions where he oversaw key developments within the group. McGlone and Goddard will work together to manage a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Allfunds group CEO and founder, Juan Alcaraz, has decided to leave the business to take on new challenges, the firm has announced.

Alcaraz will move into an advisory role for the next 12 months to ensure a smooth leadership transition. He founded Allfunds 25 years ago and served as CEO, steering its growth and development as a global platform for wealth businesses and their clients. The Allfunds board has announced the appointment of Annabel Spring as the incoming CEO of Allfunds. She will join the business as CEO this month (June). Spring has more than 30 years of experience in wealth management and banking. She joins Allfunds following six years at HSBC, most recently as CEO of global private banking and wealth.

Investment consultancy Bfinance has appointed Odi Lahav as its chief operating officer.

Lahav brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across financial services, technology, and institutional consulting to the firm. He joins Bfinance from Apex Group, where he was global head of digital products. Prior to working at Apex, Lahav held senior leadership roles spanning technology, data and analytics, and investment advisory services, including leading the global alternative investments group at a major ratings agency. In his new role, Lahav will oversee investment research, digital solutions, and corporate functions, including technology, legal, compliance, and HR.
