Accenture launches AI-native wealth management solution

Accenture has launched an AI-native wealth management solution to help firms streamline onboarding, compliance, and adviser workflows.

The Accenture Trusted Wealth Ops offering is powered by Salesforce and Claude, and enables agentic adviser workflows, compresses onboarding, and automated compliance workflows to help advisers focus on client relationships.

Accenture said wealth management firms were under pressure to modernise the client and adviser experience as expectations move towards digital-first, real-time engagement.

Despite this shifting trend, the firm warned that complex workflows, such as onboarding and administration, remained bottlenecks.

Its new offering embeds AI into day-to-day adviser workflows, with AI agents able to identify portfolio signals and draft follow-up communications for adviser reviews while automating compliance workflows.

Accenture said the expected outcomes included reducing onboarding to 24 hours and increasing adviser productivity by up to 25 per cent.

Its Trusted Wealth Ops solution has been designed to combine data, AI reasoning, controlled execution and human oversight into one approach to support advisers and help them engage clients more seamlessly across channels.

Salesforce provides the governed data and execution layer, while Anthropic’s Claude provides the reasoning, and Accenture designed and implements the industry workflows and controls.

Accenture argued that the solution would reduce operational risk, improve consistency, and support a more scalable operating model for wealth management organisations.
