Ex-RBC Brewin Dolphin exec launches boutique wealth consultancy firm

Former RBC Brewin Dolphin executive, Matt Collis, has launched a boutique consultancy firm that specialises in advising wealth management, financial advice, banking and fintech organisations.

Trescore Advisers will look to deliver conflict-free strategic advice and hands on delivery support to financial services firms.

It noted that markets, technology and regulation were moving quickly in financial services, resulting in a 'demanding mix’ of growth ambitions, delivery risk, and greater expectations on customer outcomes and governance.

Firms in several sectors were found to be experiencing similar pressures, particularly when scaling, transforming, or navigating fundraising and transaction timelines.

Trescore Advisers aims to work with leadership teams to identify what is holding performance back, align stakeholders on decision making, and turn strategies into progress.

Clients will be supported through a range of targeted advisory engagement, delivery support, and embedded leadership, providing fractional C suite and NED capacity where senior input is required.
