People moves: BNP Paribas AM, Rathbones, and Hymans Robertson Investment Services

BNP Paribas Asset Management (AM) has announced the appointment of four chief investment officers (CIO).

All four CIOs will report to BNP Paribas AM global head of investments, Rob Gambi. Guy Davies has been named as deputy global head of investments, CIO, and global head of fundamental active equity. He has been with BNP Paribas AM since its 2008 acquisition of IMS Limited. Olivier de Larouzière was appointed as CIO and global head of fixed income, having joined the firm in 2019, while Laurent Clavel was named CIO global head of multi-asset, and joined following the acquisition of AXA IM in 2025. Finally, Robinson Rouchié was appointed as CIO and global head of systematic & quantitative investments, and has worked at BNP Paribas AM since 2020.

Rathbones has appointed Olivia McCormick and Clara Opoku as directors in its Charities Business Development team.

McCormick joins from the Department for Business and Trade, where she led government engagement with the Industrial Strategy Advisory Council and senior industry stakeholders to help shape national investment and growth policy. She has also held senior roles at BlackRock, where she managed relationships with global investment consultants. Opoku joins from Cazenove Charities, where she was assistant portfolio manager supporting a range of charity clients on their investment portfolios. She also contributed to business development activities, including client engagement and supporting new business opportunities.

Hymans Robertson Investment Services (HRIS) has named Jo George as relationship director.

George will work as part of the UK Business Development team, working with select groups of independent financial advisers to support them with navigating the model portfolio service market and meet their clients’ needs. She has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining HRIS, Geroge worked at Just Group for 16 years in its Strategic Accounts team, where she focused on large distribution groups and regional businesses across UK.
