People moves: FNZ, Equiom, and Afin Bank

Global wealth management platform FNZ has appointed David Moss as its group chief product officer.

In the role, Moss will be responsible for setting FNZ’s global product vision and accelerating the delivery of innovative, modular solutions that support clients across the wealth management ecosystem. He brings more than 20 years of financial services experience across wealth services, asset management, securities services, and capital markets. Most recently, Moss worked for BNY, where he held senior leadership roles across corporate strategy, client management and wealth. He has also held global leadership roles at Citi and McKinsey & Co.

Equiom has named Lionel Richard as director, luxury asset services.

Richard will focus on the growth and development of the firm’s luxury asset proposition across jurisdictions and service lines. He brings more than 17 years’ experience in the international superyacht and luxury asset sector. He has held senior leadership positions within global superyacht businesses, where he has led commercial strategy, built international partnerships and worked closely with owners, intermediaries and specialist advisers. His experience spans Europe and the UK, including key industry hubs such as London and Monaco, and includes advising on the full lifecycle of luxury asset ownership, from acquisition through to operation and long-term management.

Afin Bank has promoted Rob Lankey to chief commercial officer.

Lankey will oversee the bank’s lending strategy and managing the specialist lender’s sales team. He initially joined Afin Bank as director of credit during its launch phase last year, before taking on the role of national sales director at the start of 2026. Lankey has over 35 years’ experience in credit, operations and commercial roles in the mortgage industry, particularly in the intermediary sector. He has been involved in the start-up or early stages of six banks and lenders, including Aldermore, and served as chief executive of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
