Perspective acquires Scotland-based advice firm

Perspective Financial Group has acquired Scotland-based advice firm Phoenix Wealth Solutions for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of the Glasgow-based company marks Perspective’s first acquisition in Scotland.

Phoenix will continue to operate with its existing team to ensure continuity for its clients, while utilising the enhanced scale and long-term succession support of Perspective.

The firm provides independent financial advice to individuals, families, and business owners.

Perspective said the acquisition extended its presence in the UK and established a strategic platform for future growth in Scotland.

“We are delighted to welcome Colin, Lynne and the entire Phoenix team to Perspective,” said Perspective chief executive officer, Ian Wilkinson.

“This transaction represents a landmark moment for the group as our first acquisition in Scotland and reflects our ambition to partner with high-quality advice businesses that share our values and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.”

He added that Perspective planned to support the next phase of the firm’s growth while preserving its culture, expertise, and client-first approach.
