Quilter selects Aveni to support introduction of AI in advice operations

Quilter Financial Planning has chosen Aveni to support the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) into its day-to-day advice operations.

Aveni is an AI-specialist fintech, and its product Aveni Assist is now live across Quilter Financial Planning’s appointed representative firms.

The introduction of Aveni Assist aims to support advisers in serving a greater number of clients while improving the quality of existing relationships.

The product has been introduced for all advisers across the Quilter network, allowing them to record, transcribe, and summarise client meetings and agreed actions.

Quilter said the aim was to reduce the time spent on manual paperwork and increase the capacity to formulate and deliver recommendations.

It will also look to help capture important information from face-to-face and online meetings.

The tool is being used internally across the business to support more consistent documentation and knowledge sharing.

Additional functionalities of Aveni’s products will be added over the coming months as Quilter expands the role of AI across its network.

It said this approach reflected the wider potential of AI to make advice firms more scalable by simplifying adviser processes, improving system connectivity, and enhancing the digital infrastructure that support Quilter’s advice firms.
