Thematic investment manager Sarasin & Partners has launched a suite of risk-rated multi-asset solutions, the Sarasin Managed Funds.

The funds are unitised versions of the offerings in the firm’s model portfolio service (MPS), with the four new standalone investment vehicles (cautious, balanced, growth, and equity) tailored to different client risk appetites.

As well as being available as individual strategies, the fund range will form a core component of the existing MPS, which is available through 15 advisory platforms.

Sarasin & Partners said one of the advantages of holding a proportion of the MPS in the Sarasin Managed Funds was being able to capitalise on the MPS team’s thematic ideas.

It argued this would enable investors to access the widest possible strategic and tactical investment toolkit, with the team believing this flexibility will be increasingly beneficial amid a rapidly evolving economic environment.

“The Sarasin Managed Fund suite is a natural extension of our MPS, providing unitised access to the high-conviction thematic investment approach that is core to Sarasin & Partners,” stated Sarasin & Partners head of UK sales, Christopher Cade.
