Quilter Cheviot and WealthSelect MPS become available on AJ Bell’s platform

Quilter has announced that the Quilter Cheviot managed portfolio service (MPS) and Quilter WealthSelect MPS are now available to advisers via AJ Bell’s platform.

Quilter Cheviot’s MPS is managed by Simon Doherty and Anthony Webb, and uses a ‘unique’ building blocks structure, which is a range of funds designed and actively managed by Quilter Cheviot exclusively for use within its MPS.

Following its inclusion on AJ Bell’s platform, the Quilter Cheviot MPS is now available through 16 adviser platforms.

Meanwhile, the Quilter WealthSelect MPS, which is managed by Stuart Clark, Helen Bradshaw, and Bethan Dixon, provides a suite of portfolios tailored to different risk profiles and investment objectives.

The WealthSelect MPS was previously only available through the Quilter platform, but is now accessible on several platforms alongside Quilter’s.

Quilter said that, by making these services available on AJ Bell’s platform, it is aiming to enhance the accessibility of its MPS to more advisers and clients.

“We are thrilled to partner with AJ Bell to offer our managed portfolio services on their platform,” said Quilter Cheviot head of business development, David Butler.

“This move aligns with our mission to provide advisers and their clients with the best possible investment solutions, ensuring they have access to a wide range of high-quality portfolios that can help them achieve their financial goals.”

Also commenting on the announcement, AJ Bell product director, Mark Rendle, said: “We’re pleased to add Quilter’s MPS services to the platform, adding further choice to the carefully selected range of third-party MPS providers supported on the AJ Bell platform.”

Quilter head of investment directors, Andy Miller, added: “We are particularly excited about making WealthSelect more accessible.

“This expansion allows more advisers and their clients to benefit from our expertly managed portfolios, tailored to meet diverse investment needs and risk profiles.”
