Private markets platform Titanbay and private markets investment manager Adams Street Partners have announced a private wealth solutions partnership.

As part of the agreement, Titanbay will provide a cross-border solution aimed at facilitating client access to Adams Street’s private market funds both via intermediaries, such as wealth managers and private banks, and directly.

Titanbay’s infrastructure platform is designed to support private banks, wealth managers, and their clients through automated onboarding and compliance, managing distributer relationships, and access to real-time documentation and reporting.

Adams Street manages assets across five investment strategies, with Titanbay offering an outsourced solution through a tech-enabled infrastructure.

The firms argued that, as private wealth clients become an increasingly important component of many markets, specialist platforms were emerging as “critical enablers”.

Commenting on the announcement, Adams Street Partners principal, wealth management, Greg Favre, said: “This partnership allows us to operate in the private wealth channel in a way that reflects our institutional standards.
