People moves: SEI, LGT Capital Partners, and Fidelity International

SEI has appointed Nathan Shetty as its chief investment officer (CIO).

Shetty will lead SEI’s global investment organisation and help advance the company’s asset management strategy, with a focus on delivering scalable, customised investment solutions for institutional and wealth clients. He joins SEI with more than 20 years of experience leading investment firms, most recently serving as senior managing director and head of multi-asset at Nuveen Asset Management. Prior to Nuveen, Shetty was global co-head of portfolio management for investment solutions at UBS Global Asset Management. He also previously held senior roles at Mesirow Financial, Mountain Pacific Group, and Pareto Partners, and began his career at IBM Global Services.

LGT Capital Partners has named Marco Bizzozero as a managing partner and member of its Executive Committee.

The appointment is effective from September 2026, subject to regulatory approval. At LGT Capital Partners, Bizzozero will have a broad portfolio of responsibilities with a focus on driving expansion opportunities and broadening the client base across key markets worldwide. He brings more than 30 years of international financial industry experience to the role, having held senior leadership positions in the global wealth management, private markets, and fintech sectors. Bizzozero will join the firm from iCapital, where he has served as head of international and a member of the Executive Committee for five years. Prior to this, he was CEO of UniCredit Group Wealth Management and a member of its Group Executive Committee, and he served as CEO of Deutsche Bank Switzerland & Head Wealth Management EMEA for several years. Earlier in his career, Bizzozero was a member of LGT Capital Partners’ private equity investment team.

Fidelity International has appointed Elisa Prezzavento as director of ETF product strategy and development.

In the role, Prezzavento will support the development of Fidelity’s ETF product strategy, with a focus on expanding the firm’s range of active ETF strategies. She will be responsible for identifying new areas of client demand, developing innovative products, and ensuring Fidelity’s ETF platform remains competitive. She joins from State Street Investment Management, where she most recently led EMEA fixed income product innovation, having previously held senior ETF product development and strategy roles spanning EMEA and APAC. Prior to this, Prezzavento spent nearly 14 years at ICE Data Indices.
