Wealth management firm Foster Denovo has extended its partnership with Third Financial, signing an agreement to develop a bespoke adviser-as-a-platform (AaaP) solution.

An AaaP is a proposition aimed at clients that is branded and controlled by the advisory firm, alongside parts of the service usually provided by the platform.

The model looks to enable firms to take greater control of the products offered, customer experience, and more of the value chain.

Third Financial, which is part of the Nucleus group, has worked with Foster Denovo to develop the customised platform transformation project.

It is designed to meet the complex needs of advisers and their teams, allowing them to service clients more effectively.

The new investment platform also features a two-way integration with the back-office system.

Furthermore, the firms stated that the client experience will be improved with the launch of a new Clearview-branded mobile app, aiming to give clients at the financial advisory group a more intuitive way of engaging with their investments.

Foster Denovo and Third Financial have a history of collaborating with each other, with more than £1bn of client assets already administered on the platform, powered by Third Financial’s proprietary Tercero software.
